*** Christmas Orders - The last date for Christmas orders is Tuesday 17th December***

Orders received after this date will still be processed but may not arrive before Christmas day.

 

Welcome to our online shop.  We are a non-profit sanctuary and depend on donations.  All proceeds go directly to the pigs and other residents funding improvements to their lives.  We do charge a small shipping fee on each order to cover our postage and packaging costs.

If you are buying for someone else, why not consider one of our eGift Cards?  They make great presents, and that way you don't have to worry about getting the wrong size or choosing the wrong pig!  eGift Cards are sent via email too, so are perfect for those last minute gifts.  To buy a gift card, visit the gift card page or click here.

*** Please note, if you are delaying the eGift card to be sent at a future date such as a birthday or Christmas, the time the gift card is sent will be the same time as you placed the order.  For example, if you placed the order at 10pm on 10th December for delivery on 25th December, it will be delivered at 10pm on Christmas day.   Therefore, if you are placing your order late at night, you may wish to set the delivery date to the day prior to the event. 

Terms and Conditions

We will dispatch all orders within 30 days of receipt.  If we are unable to fulfil your order within that time, we will automatically offer a refund for any items not fulfilled.

All orders are sent out via Royal Mail.

eGift Card's are non-refundable

Returns Policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchases, but if there's any problems or you wish to return or cancel your order: -


* just let us know within 28 days of receiving your goods via email to pigsinthewood@yahoo.com and we'll let you know the return address (it won't be the wood address as the pigs may eat them!) 


* return the goods back to us within 14 days of notifying us  (unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage, and we advise you to keep proof of postage in case of any problems)


* we'll give you a full refund for the returned goods within 14 days of us receiving the items back


* you'll need to provide proof of purchase (order number) so we know where to send the refund to


* any clothing items must be returned unworn and in the same condition as when they were received


* unfortunately we can't allow cancellations or returns of personalised items such as adoption certificates, unless they are faulty.

* we do not accept cancellations or returns on eGift cards.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
